Not a good experience
Contruction on the area. Morning coffee at the bar only had raspberry croissant, don't accepting cash, dissapointed. Only 2 elevators working. One sunken bed. Bathroom small. Only one valet guy, he did his best but you have to wait long time. Call reception for my car and afyer waiting like 10 min they never told the valet so we have to wait again. At the bar you have to order at the bar and then wait for your drinks at the table, why to order at the bar if later you have to wait anyway at the table.

Our family requested a travel crib ahead of time, but when we arrived it wasn’t in the room. We had to request it again through guest services. Once housekeeping got to our room, they left it for us. We have three very young kids and struggled with setting it up on the spot. That was very disappointing. The washroom was a bit old, the bathtub shower head was very weak yet the sink and bath faucet spout’s water pressure was extremely high. Very strange inconsistencies. Otherwise, everything was ok.
