Our stay was nice, but not more than that. It was actually a bit disappointing for a five stars Hilton hotel. On the first shower we found out that it was clogged, the Shampoo bottle was empty and the shower gel was mixed with water. We called the reception and the staff responded quick so it was okay…but yet not such a great experience to start your stay. The water park is very nice but having only one hour free was also very (!!) disappointing, since there is no other alternative for pool there (with small child). I would expect from a five stars hotel that claims to have a pool to provide better terms for its guests. Breakfast was good but lacked some basic foods, dinner was very good. Location is super!!!

Top Hotel in super Lage
Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffett hat keine Wünsche übrig gelassen. Von frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen über frische Waffeln und Pancakes zu regionalen Angeboten war alles vorhanden. Auch das a la carte Restaurant und unser Kellner Antonio waren super! Den Aquapark, welcher direkt neben dem Hotel lag, darf man pro Tag eine Stunde kostenlos nutzen. Ansonsten gibt es in dem Hotel einen kostenlosen Wellness-/Spabereich, Fitnessstudio (24h nutzbar), mehrere Bars, eine Disco mit Bowlingbahnen/Billardtischen/Kicker. Auch Fahrräder (zum absolut fairen Preis) kann man im Hotel mieten. Sobald man das Hotel verlässt (was man bei den vorhandenen Annehmlichkeiten gar nicht braucht) ist man direkt auf der Restaurant-Meile. Der Strand ist in einer Gehminute erreicht. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und jederzeit wieder kommen.

Schönes Hotel am Strand, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück im Buffet Form lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Aussenparkplätze sind relativ teuer, trotzdem ist nicht gewährleistet, dass man überhaupt einen Stellplatz bekommt. Dieses Problem besteht seit Jahren, das Personal reagiert hier eher pampig als hilfreich.
