My journey in Azur plaza was horrible, 1st at check in, cant find my reservation (paid in full online) and had to argue for hours, finally at 3am, their staff assigned a room, worst I ever seen. Humidity and moisture on the wall, toilet stinks with broken seat, I have pictures to upload.
In the morning at verification with the front desk, still cant find my reservation. I had to contact expedia and they got a hold of their manager.
Receptionist of night shift was horrible, poor communication, low to null problem solving skills. Expected better in the morning, but find the same attitude. I kept telling them to check with their manager, expedia got a hold of him. They ignored me, until the manager show up and told them to assign a room for me. Hours of waiting.
At that time they told me about the root cause of the issue, the property ownership changed 6 months ago and all paiment was processed to the old account.
They wasted my time and my energy for 2 days to tell me this dumb story.
I will never ever go back to Azur plaza again and I will never recommend it.
