Lovely modern hotel

Wonderful late August stay in Helsinki

Loved the Grand room with King bed but would recommend to tie the separate beds together and use a king bed topper when the customers have specifically booked a king bed. The room was quiet and spacious with a lovely view to the street. Very comfortable and stylish bathroom. Minibar with glasses, safe, kettle, bathrobes and ironing board all great!

Pleasant hotel

This hotel was in a central location. The decor was very slightly tired in places, but overall it was very comfortable. Rooms included some fairly nice basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash), though I was surprised that a body lotion / cream was not included. Overall, it was a pleasant stay

Only negatives were that the room was small and no draws for clothing. Breakfast was excellent with a large choice. Food and drink no good, facilities good and staff always helpful.

Ok hotel - but not as good they advertise

Shower in room had bad design- water everywhere and oblivious hotel knew about. Reception luggage storage was just a room - on your own responsibility. Fair value for € but what keeps them fixing obvious issue? Also - access to Yrjönkatu rooms was complicated including 2 elevators. Not great with luggage

Nice location but that’s basically it

This hotel is all about the location. If it wasn’t for that it hasn’t that much to offer Always a looong queue when checking in - takes ages and ages. The gym is beyond poor. Would need a bit of a lift up to be honest. Some more equipment etc. Don’t understand why it isn’t open 24/7 either. Missing info on the things that are served at breakfast. Like is there sugar in the berries? The natural yoghurt - is it low fat?? Etc etc Super dark in the room even when all the lights are on Missing international newspapers at breakfast. Why only Finnish ones?

The hotel when you first walk in looks good. Check in takes around 10-15mins. There seems to be 2 hotels (old and newer) and we seemed to be in the old part. This part seems very old. The halls are dated but the main thing I notice is cleanliness. It’s not clean. The hallways are fall of crap on the carpet. While our room layout is good, it again doesn’t feel clean. There was someone’s sock on the floor which shows it hasn’t been cleaned properly. I would not stay in the hotel again and wouldn’t Recommend it for this reason. Even though it’s in a great location and the staff are lovely.

Tämä oli jo kolmas kertani, kun varasin Marskista majoituksen. Helsingin tarjonnasta selvästi hintalaatusuhteeltaan järkevin vaihtoehto. Todella siistit ja viihtyisäy tilat kautta hotellin, aamiainen täyttä priimaa, oiva sijainti sekä ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Siisti, tilava ja viihtyisä huone aivan keskellä kaupunkia. Meillä oli ikkunat sisäpihalle päin ja liikenteen äänet eivät kuuluneet lainkaan, joten oli hyvin rauhallista. Kylpyhuoneen lattialämmitys ihana. Todella iso ja hyvä sänky ja myös tyynyvalikoimasta plussaa. Loistava ja monipuolinen aamiainen. Täysi kymppi :)

レセプションの対応はいいです。寒いと伝えると、ハウスキーパーがヒーターを届けてくだったので、おかげさまで快適に過ごせました。一方で、部屋を掃除しなくていいから、私が部屋にいる間に、タオル類の交換をしてほしいとレセプションに伝えたら、すぐ行くと言われたが、ハウスキーパーは30分待っても来ず。出掛けるから、戻ってきてから交換してと伝えましたが、不在中に部屋に入られ、交換されていました。それが残念でした。あと、上の階から、夜も朝も、ドタバタと走る音（子ども）が暫くしていたので、壁が薄いのか？とも思いました。

Huone on todella siisti ja viihtyisä. Sänky on erittäin mukava. Pidin huoneen sisustuksesta. Kylpyhuone on tilava ja puhdas. Huoneessa on kaikki, mitä tarvitsin. Olin erittäin tyytyväinen huoneeseen.

Trevligt hotell med perfekt läge mittemot Stockmans & Espanaden. Rummen var jättefina & skön säng. Fantastisk frukostbuffé & även bra glutenfria alternativ. Olika matstationer gjorde att det inte kändes så fullt. Enda minus var att trots att man bokade frukosttid i restaurangen så var det svårt att hitta bord. Överlag väldigt nöjda & vi kommer gärna tillbaka hit.
