Very nice hotel in a good location close to the old Centro part of Oaxaca. Close to the main bus station and a short taxi to the old colonial part of Oaxaca. Nice restarant for breakfast. Nice grounds and large pool.

Nice hotel to stay in
Reasonable place to stay, no issues, was comfortable. It’s maybe 10 mins walk from the corner of Oaxaca centro. The area is a lot quieter than centro itself, so late at night we felt slightly wary (we were two women) but the locals otherwise say it’s a safe area. It’s only 8 mins walk from ADO bus terminal which was nice. Breakfast was excellent. Safe worked well. Service was lovely. Hot water was hot. I would recommend this place overall but staying closer to centro might be more convenient

I like the staff

10/10 Exceptional

I Have Been In this hotel many times. I don’t give 5 star on “property condition “ because it is a very old property, but I like it and the staff is always friendly. It is very functional, at 15-20 minute walk from the “zocalo” and lots of amenities.
Geronimo, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

I liked the near downtown and easy access. Didn't like: The hotel is old, the room smelled pungent and felt that it was not that clean.
Luis Agustin, 1-night trip

A traditional hotel that has been in the market for several years. Updates are always appreciated to fulfill a more effective basis with honesty and respect to the local, national and international customer. Thank you

The property needs major upgrades and newer furniture. Is located in a good area but the property itself is not well kept.
Edgar, 1-night trip

it was noise, and light went through the window. the walk ways were dark.
Jose, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice but Overpriced
I'ts a nice hotel, conveniently located closed to city center but just enough outside to not suffer from the crowds. The hotel is a good 4-3 stars, but the price is for a 5 star hotel. I understand supply/demand forces, but this time the price/value relation was really bad.
Renata, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

The area is convenient and near the park with multiple restaurants around it. The staffs are nice. I do wish they have more staffs that speak other languages. I don’t speak Spanish so it was difficult to communicate and ask for room services. I do recommend adding more lights around the pool and bar area to make it nicer. We are a family of four, but they only gave us enough towels and cups for two people. We constantly had to request for more towels. Overall, I give this a 3 out of 5.
