Great stay at the July. It is a little bit further out than other city centre hotels (approx 30 min walk) but that made it quiet and peaceful. The rooms are spacious, well designed and everything is to an exceptionally high level. Definitely stay for breakfast, lunch or dinner at the restaurant! Would definitely stay again. The room was huge - especially for Europe! There’s a little sitting area, kitchen area and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel smells amazing too. Staff were super friendly. The bar and restaurant is good and they have events through the week. Hummus on the menu was sooo good. The location is great on the water; a little outside of the city center but accessible to all types of transport. Uber - 10-15 min to pretty much anywhere Bus - stop 5 min walk away and takes you right to Central station (use Apple Pay!) Ferry - 5 min walk to the Ferry - to the Straat museum - and the ferry is free! Will definitely be back to Amsterdam and this hotel!
