On a three night visit they put me in a room I did not reserve for the first night . No window, noisy and a bathroom I would not shower in. Second night I was moved to the room I booked. Internet was not working, and honestly the nastiness dirty room I have ever stayed. Left a day early and was assured I would receive a full refund for the last night I didn't stay. No refund was credited!

Service was great but the rooms need to be updated. There are some rooms that have no windows at all, very depressing. The AC was not working the first but they gave us a much better room . Staff was the best that will be the main reason for me to comeback to this hotel..

The couch at the lobby had dirt spots, due that it's clear color the spots look remarkable. One of my companions slided off on one of the steps at the lower end of the restaurant stairs and fell down on the floor, is there a way to do it safer? Could pools be cleaner too? But the restaurant view towards the canyon is spectacular and the food is quite good at reasonable prices.

Es una estafa, las fotos de publicidad nada que ver con la realidad. Sucio muy sucio, cucarachas, la regadera tapada se inundo el cuarto, nos cambiaron 3 veces de cuarto porque algo aparecia. Los reportare a Hoteles.com y al hotel a Profeco por exhibir información, falsa que induce al error al inquilino. Un fraude totalmente.

La habitación estaba sucia, las sábanas se sentían pegajosas, en el baño había popo de ratón, la habitación de mi hijo tenía cucarachas La alberca no estaba disponible y es verano, estaba muy sucia y con lama, se veía muy verde. Llame antes de llegar para confirmar que estaban reservadas las habitaciones y solo descuelgan el teléfono y nunca contestan. Tienen una hoja en la habitación que dice gracias por su propina y la verdad es que no deberían.
