    Very quiet. Nice room. Only negative thing is there was no fridge or room service. Other than that, a pleasant stay.

    A Family Trip to St Johns

    Room housekeeping is done after every 3 days and one must request daily if required. This is not suitable for a family trip. Toilet has no fans or a suction mechanism to circulate fresh air, needs to be looked at. Breakfast preparation and serving needs some improvements.

    Excellent Location

    Great hotel. Comfy beds and pillows. No carpet in the rooms which is excellent. Lovely wood-like flooring. Felt very clean. Awesome location to explore lots of sights and fabulous restaurants within walking distance

    Poor customer service by front desk staff

    The guest service representative was on a call and I had to wait 10 minutes at the counter to check in. He never once acknowledged my presence. When he finished on the phone he never once apologized for the delay and it seemed like another 10 minutes checking in by him. I was not very impressed as it was at night and I was travelling all day.
