The room I got was excellent and renovated😀 The hotel is old and so areas are really inplace to be shined up.Fittness was bad compared to earlier, where it was excellent. The bath area was fine and with new saunas. The pool is an area that need to be shined up. The staff was everything from really serviceminded and others were more in there own thoughts. But no doubt I will stay there next time as well

Notre chambre a 99 euros était un placard, vue sur les poubelles et les Hlm, sans chauffage, on nous a apporté un radiateur. Les tapisseries étaient déchirées, la salle de bain minuscule et l évier bouché. C est tout sauf un 4 étoiles. Une honte, quand en plus le SPA est à 15 euros par personne et qu'il est vétuste et qu'il y a pas le minimum d hygiène. Les personnes étaient habillées de la tête aux pieds, dans le jacuzzi !!

Slitet, gammalt. Spa behöver en ordentlig uppfräschning. Stimmigt på frukosten med personalen som inte hinner att plocka av borden. Min dotter har dessutom blivit av med kläder och andra personliga saker i SPTs omklädningsrum. Det finns mängder av hotell i Riga. Finns ingen anledning att stanna just på denna.

Huone erittäin epäsiisti ja todella tunkkainen haju. Hotelli kaipaisi täydellisen remontin. Hotellin taso ei kohtaa Radisson brändimielikuvan tasoa. Aamupala=surkea. Vessassa useita sokeritoukkia. Eka ja vika kerta kyseisessä hotellissa. Myös koko Radisson brändin uskottavuus kärsi.
