Diamond Luxury Suites are outstanding! Spacious well designed with a fabulous balcony view. Right on the promenade so you a short walk from shopping and dining options. Let me start by saying that Veronica, our host, was absolutely exceptional. She greeted us upon arrival and went above and beyond by helping us with tour changes, dining reservations, and transportation transfers. She was always in touch to make sure we were doing well and having a fantastic time. The cave itself is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and features very comfortable beds. The outdoor tub wasn’t quite what we expected — instead of a white tube, it was a jacuzzi tub — but that didn’t bother us at all. In fact, we enjoyed relaxing in the warm water at night. The view is simply magnificent, overlooking the ocean and Thirasia Island. It’s a great place with an amazing host. We definitely plan to come back!

We enjoyed our stay. The view from the room is beautiful. Staff checked on us every day and helped us to book private cars and cruise tour. The hot tub in the room did give us some allergy, it helped after leaving door and window open in the night . We discovered the stained mattress on our last day of stay which really made us feel uncomfortable. They could have done something at least.

Our host Anastasia was very excellent, she kept in touch with us 2 days ahead of our arrival making sure we got all the help we needed. We had late arrival but our host make sure we had a pick up from the airport something we didn’t include in our booking and she also had someone waiting to help us carry luggage to our room. Over all it was a great stay and everything was perfect by the host. I will book with them again if I have to.

Beautiful views but poor hot water shower

Premium location and views. Stayed in the Emerald Suite and the views were impeccable! I will disregard the amount of stairs you have to climb to get to this property, but my main complaint is the hot water shower. The hot water shuts off after 10 minutes in the shower. Not fun at all. Stavi was out guest service person and was very respectful and responsive.

I really had no idea the amount of stairs that we would have to go down and up. I was with my 78 year old mother and when we finally got to the room she said I am. It leaving u til we leave. I had to book another hotel. There are no hand railings. All concrete. Really quite dangerous.

Cost of room is not reasonable

It was not so good because I paid more than 450 Euro per night for one room. The view of the room has a good sea view but does not have any view of SANTORINI such as blue and white. Overall the payment was not reasonable.

Wir waren Ende Oktober/ Anfang November in der Unterkunft- es war fantastisch! Die Suite ist traumhaft schön gelegen, von der Terrasse und dem Whirlpool aus hat man einen unglaublichen Ausblick auf die Caldera. Auch liegt die Unterkunft etwas abseits der vollen Einkaufsstraßen, aber trotzdem zentral. Der Pool war noch warm und angenehm. Ein weiterer Riesen- Pluspunkt ist Veronica, die Managerin. Egal ob Frühstück, Bootsausflug oder Flughafentransfer- sie organisiert alles perfekt und unkompliziert. Danke, danke, danke!!!

I don't write reviews that often, but needed to here... We had a poor experience during our 3 night stay here. The property manager met us with a porter at a meeting point, and the walked us down what was 93 extremely steep steps (we counted) to the property which was on the cliff overlooking the caldera. The positives: (1) The views we stunning, and the suite (we were in Citrine) was well appointed. The negatives: (1) Extremely inconvenient location - 93 steep down (to get to) and back up (to get back to the main street). Very unfriendly for kids, and even us adults. (2) The porter who helped us with our bags honestly almost destroyed the wheels. They didn't have a luggage cart so the bags were dragged all over cobblestone streets extremely roughly. (3) Very limited food options around, nothing for delivery (climb up those 93 steps!) (4) Room cleaning was once every 2 days, very limited amenities (5) On checkout day, the porter was very rude and pushy, constantly knocking on and at one point opening the door to the suite while we were changing! Definitely NOT a 5 star experience, and NOT worth the price we paid. I would not recommend this place.unfortunately.
