We enjoyed our stay here. They accommodate us even when we arrived really early. Service was excellent. They gave us recommendations about where to eat near by. There was no street noise in our bedroom and the bed was comfy!!!! We’ll surely return here!

There was no working AC in our room and our room was very humid given it was right next to the pool and the room was not well insulated. We had a cockroach in our room as well as a salamander that came out of my shoe. Would not stay here again.

We love this hotel!! Although we visit Merida frequently, this is the first time staying at Casa Tavera. We found the place to be a beautiful boutique hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was splendid with an amazingly comfortable bed. The pool was very inviting and the daily breakfast was delicious (try their horchata!). Casa Tavera will definitely be our hotel of choice on our future visits to Merida. Thank you to management and staff for a wonderful stay!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Casa Tavera! We travel quite a bit and we experienced some of the best service we've had anywhere. We also very much liked the hotel itself (close to dining and shopping; clean; comfortable; stylish). But the service was above & beyond. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay and that we enjoyed Mérida. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

I was traveling alone and was provided with a single room and bathroom. The room was large and spacious and had everything I needed. working AC, ceiling fan, comfortable bed, and full bathroom. Super easy check-in service and kind staff. Staff were attentive and responded to all my requests. They had breakfast brought up in the morning and scheduled a massage in my room. Will definitely stay again.
