It was great trip! The staff was friendly and my rooms were clean. The only concern was catching an elevator downstairs for breakfast or to check out. The elevators were always full. I had to take the stairs twice and with my luggage (5 flights). Overall, the stay was nice and my kids loved it

Good hotel and location to visit Manhattan
The hotel is good, the rooms/bathrooms are small but a good place to get a good night sleep and a nice hot shower. No “surprise” fees, only $100 deposit that you’ll get back once you are out. The hotel does not have a parking lot but there’s one right next to the building or use the one the hotel has a deal with ($55 for 24hrs), located a couple of streets away from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was good, people were nice and attentive. I’d definitely recommend it if you are planning on spending the day out visiting the city. The location is good, closed to the metro and walking distance to Times Square. Easy check in and check out and they will keep your luggage safe after check out so you can keep exploring.
