Good location for Sports Venues
Mona at the front desk was extremely helpful in finding us a room for early check in so we could get to our room and get "geared up" for an Eagles game. Plus, the hotel is literally atop the subway station and in an area with many great restaurants. Convenient on site parking garage too.

Ruined Valentine’s Day!
Ok hotel, terrible experience! Hotel room smell intensely like VOMIT! Hotel was fully booked so they could not offer me another room. I was supposed to receive a call from hotel management in the afternoon after my check out but it didn’t happen. I am expecting my stay to be comped as it ruined Valentine’s Day for my wife and me. We check out as soon as we could in the morning, both of us absolutely nauseous from the smell.

The hotel staff are WONDERFUL but had to deal with a terrible situation: NO RUNNING WATER for hours of our stay (we were travelling with young kids -- no functional toilet, bath, tap for multiple hours) and the refrigerator in our (over-priced) kitchenette was non-functional. Room curtains torn/shredded (how is this acceptable by house-keeping? is anyone actually looking in the rooms?) They brought a new refrig and eventually, the water came back, but we will never return.
