Booked at last minute for our driver who had to spend a night there. I payed at the point of booking and driver was charged at checkout too. Originally the driver was given a room with no AC and no possibility to open a window. Had to complain to be moved to another room. Do not go there….

Pretty comfortable beds. Good Central location.
I would advise not to use their Car Park as the door has been damaged and the Hotel do not accept responsibility for any damage to your vehicles. During my stay, 2-3 Cars were vandalised during the night. They seem to go for hire Cars.

Have stayed in Grenoble many times, first time here. Very nice bar area open until 11p. Staff, especially the breakfast staff, were very friendly and helpful. Tram is right in front - easy access to all of Grenoble. Will come back next time I am in Grenoble!

Very nice and friendly staff, including the staff in the restaurant. It's very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay there. I wish there were a fridge in the room and the paid parking was very small (walls on both sides make it a tight squeeze). I felt a bit worried for the rental car. So, be warned if you have a large vehicle. It may not fit.

Mercure Hotel Stay in Grenoble was Very Good
Hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was small but that is to be expected in Europe coming from the USA. The staff was great - helpful and very kind to us.

Very nice place to stay but breakfast was very expensive in my opinion. Also, i booked a twin room to share with a friend. Although the beds were made as 2 singles, they were one against the other and couldn't be moved so it felt like we were sharing a double bed!
That being said, the staff was very welcoming and the rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The tram stops 2 minutes down the road and takes you to the town centre in 5 minutes and to thw teain station in just over 10 minutes. I would stay in that hotel again.

Overnight in Grenoble
The check in was smooth and the staff were helpful. Parking our midsize SUV in the hotel's parking garage which is next door and has very tight parking stalls was a bit challenging. The room was clean and pleasant with a comfortable bed and a small fridge. One drawback of the area is the lack of restaurants in close proximity although the hotel does have a restaurant.
