Pode melhorar
Condomínio agradável, porém de difícil acesso, pouquíssimas opções de refeições, restaurante interno funciona só no fim de semana. Não há opções de mercados para compras por perto e e é quase impossível conseguir um Uber para esse fim. Apartamento precisando de reparos ( porta com dificuldade para fechar, pinturas descascadas e um pouco de mofos, ar condicionado sujo).
