We were fine with our room, and the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, we had a companion traveling with us who needed accessible accomodations. The room turned out fine, but the hotel shuttle did not accomodate mobility scooters, which was absolutely necessary for our companion to get to the airport and continue on her trip. This seems to be a large and serious gap in services and accessibility--as an airport hotel, ALL your patrons need to be able to get to the airport or other destinations served by your shuttle. Veterans, elderly, otherly abled, all. I hope this can be addressed in the future.
Kudos to the staff for doing their best, they were not responsible for inaccessible shuttle for the mobility impaired guest.
