We enjoyed our stay here very much. The penthouse was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were centrally located and literally minutes to all the attractions but just far enough away to avoid the noise. No need for a water transit pass. We would have given five stars, but the number of steps to ascend to our room was just a little more than we wanted. The owner/staff were wonderful, and we would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Central location, just five minutes walk to the Rialto bridge. We were apprehensive that being so central would mean lots of noise but that was not the case. The shutter and windows offer black out nights sleep and our room was silent. It is only when you open the windows you hear the huddle and bustle. Super friendly host and lovely house keeper for that boutique feel. Hotel suite super clean and lots of additional complimentary extras to make for a special stay. My only tiny recommendation would be the addition of dressing gowns as slippers were provided. The private and rooftop area was set up beautifully and the rooftop is a great place to catch the sun setting.

Thank you, Maurizio, for offering such a wonderful place to stay for our first trip to Venice. It is beautiful, clean, well-equipped and in a great location, close to the Vaporetto and the Rialto bridge, and within easy walking distance to San Marco Square. Seeing our first Venetian sunset from the amazing rooftop terrace, glasses of complimentary sparkling wine in hand, was a lovely intro to the magical city of Venezia. We’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights and it was great. Maurizio was very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. The kitchen was equipped with some snacks for breakfast each morning and we appreciated the filtered water dispenser, which is often hard to find. The place was lovely and quiet but still very walkable for the heart of Venice. We had a couple of issues that I’d suggest checking on first, we were under the impression we could store luggage on checkout day and were told the night before that would not be available so we had to find and rent lockers at the last minute (25 euro), and while you can see water in the far distance from one of the windows in the lounge area, i think ‘canal view’

A wonderful start to our Italian stay

Maurizio reached out via the Hotel.com app to check in on us. We were confused as to where we were, being on our first international trip. He kindly directed us to our rental. He met us in the lobby area and welcomed us in. He showed us around and advised us as to what the place had to offer. It had nice amenities and we enjoyed the location. A bottle of sparkling wine and water was waiting for us. After spending all day walking around Venice, it was a welcome home at the end of the day. We rested peacefully and enjoyed our stay. Fantastic stay!

Amazing stay here. The accommodation is exactly as pictured; clean, modern and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel is a small collection of 3 rooms with a communal lounge, kitchen, reception area and rooftop terrace (a must visit!). On arrival we were thrilled to discover there were multiple extras we didnt realise we'd have - various free foods available in the communal area including cakes, granola, biscotti, yogurts, jam; a free bottle of prosecco in your room, daily coffee pods to use in the coffee machine, biscuits on arrival, still and sparkling water in the fridge in your room. It really felt like a treat to stay here and we loved enjoying our prosecco on the roof terrace - amazing 360 degree views over the rooftops of Venice! The hotel is located in a great spot centrally to access all of Venice within a 20 minute walk easily, with an overwhelming choice of eateries nearby to enjoy. We would return her in an instant.

The steps entering the lobby are steep & number about 48. It got tricky at the top since the handrails ended. We would not have booked this place had we known the nature of the stairs. But, if the stairs do not intimidate you, the property is okay. Personally Maurizio was not hospitable & was generally indifferent. He seemed more occupied with his "meetings" rather than the comfort of his guests. We felt like we were more of an inconvenience than guests. There were some maintenance issues that we didn’t even bother to mention to Maurizio, such as a non-functionimg light, loose toilet seat, & inability to get tissues from housekeeping without speaking with Maurizio first. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, water was readily available, & location was convenient. The wine & cookies in the room the first day, was a nice touch.There were snacks, beverages, & convenience of a kitchen in the lobby.
