When first arriving the area seemed sketchy. The hotel is showing some age, but it was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and nice. Stayed in one of the shared rooms. The bedroom consisted of two twin beds in a small room. Next stay I will try a regular room. Overall good place to stay

This place is within walking distance of a Whole Foods, Katz's Deli and Russ and Daughter's Deli. Very convenient, great price and an excellent value. We will be back!!!

Good location, nice little apartment with a mini kitchenette. The staff are what make it a great place to stay! Subway station nearby and walkable to many sites. Washington Square is a 15 walk away.
