I had never reviewed anything negative on such things before. This is the first time.
1. Towel is out of stock! Can you imagine how trouble at 10pm checkin?
2. You can see clumps of dust on the blanket.
3. Storage place is so limited that probably u can only put 3 standing backpacks. Imagine how you are opening your things. Oh the clothes hanger is above it. You have to fight through what are hanged above.
4. Carpark claim rules and inconvenience:
You can only claim once a day for carpark. So their staffs advise to claim the one highest. Entry is $2 even if you came to drop your bags before leaving. So far max is $6 over night. So it’s still decent. The problem is, to claim this $6. You first have to go pay for the carpark level 1 with the token given when you enter, then get the receipt, then go up to hotel reception on 3A, then go down to basement to collect your car. You have the option to keep the receipt till last day if you are traveling for few days. But I never tried that. Problem with my trip. The receipt never print! We came back to the reception after a day outing and feedback to them. Their reply was to go to the building’s carpark office to verify and print the receipt. But that depends if you are traveling on a weekend! Which most of us are, right? You will probably not get that receipt for claim at the counter.
In conclusions, this was the most troublesome hotel I ever stayed. First hotel with no towels! Trust me, I am a frequent world traveller.
