When you get to the lobby you can feel the humidity smell. Awful, the lady at the front desk was a little rude. The room was dirty, hallways dirty smelling like marihuana and the room was super dirty, you could see bedbugs on the beds. Filthy, when I request to be changed to a clean room. The lady said no. This situation has caused significant discomfort, stress, and potential risk of bringing bed bugs into my home. I am now having to treat my belongings, wash all clothing, and monitor my residence for any signs of infestation.

I have been staying at this hotel for about 10 years. It's very convenient for Universal and International Drive attractions. The hotel is very sparse, but considering the convenience and cost, it's good. It is clean and staff is helpful. Downside: They have removed the refrigerators and microwaves from the rooms. I'm not sure if you have to ask if you want those amenities.
