Half of the staff speak english pretty well, for the other half it’s very difficult, but everyone is for sure very helpful. It’s clean everywhere, the beds are good and the breakfast is great, also for western tourists.

Fantastic location but not quite 5 star feeling
The reception is under renovation? Not very grand feeling in the lobby. Bad smell of sewage in the bathroom. They swapped the room for me and no smell. Only few staff seem to speak English except the reception but willingness to help is there but struggled a bit. Breakfast hall was full of uncontrollable running kids. Do not expect the 5 star feelings there at all! But they have an executive breakfast and evening buffet which looked good. The location cannot be better so very close to main shopping street.
