The hotel pillows were very low quality and thin. We asked for extra just to make a difference. We also asked for towels to be sent up after no maid service for holiday and they took hours to delivery and front desk person was not polite or helpful

The room was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable and so was the chair and the ottomans. The bathroom was spacious. The double queen room was cramped for my big family but it did a good job for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a joy to stay here

Wonderful stay! Loved everything about this hotel!
This hotel was really nice. We started out staying in Hampton Inns and then ran out of availability and had to stay elsewhere for two nights. This hotel came on the heels of the 'other' brand hotels, and was such a welcoming atmosphere when we arrived. Room was very clean and so comfortable.

A dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Hand towel had long hair in it. Only 2 big towels. Only 1 chair in room and a footstool isn't a chair. Bed was hard and too tall for a 5 ft. tall person. Refrigerator was noisy and we had to turn it off.No guide for tv.
