Front desk staff upon check in is friendly. When we got in the room, I noticed there’s 2 wet/dirty washcloths hanging near the shower curtain. I informed hotel staff & told me to leave it in the front door. In less than 5 mins someone came to pick it up. Overall stay is good. Bed/pillows soft & comfortable. Happy hour with free drinks, cheese & grapes was a treat. Breakfast is more than we expected from hot food to fruits, pastries, yogurt & drinks. The omelette station was a surprise. We will stay again in this hotel in the future.

For the most part the stay was AMAZING!!!!

We were very impressed with embassy Suites. The people at the front desk were very friendly. The hotel was very clean & quiet!! The only negative was for the manager’s reception. A lot of the food was gone, and there was still an hour left & nothing was replenished.

Nice room

Hotel was nice, we will give it another try sometime, but request a room close to the desk area. Our room was at the far corner. The room next to us was noisy, and the pot smell from their room came into ours during the night. We didn’t complain for fear of making the situation even worse. I hope they were charged the $250 cleaning charge. Breakfast was good, beds comfortable.
