A budget hotel in the centre of Nice, it’s perfect for exploring by train and walking to the promenade. The room is small and clean, the staff are absolutely charming.

The best thing was the position, since it raises next to the city station so you can easily move to visit other nice little towns around there. It is about 15 min from the Promenade, but it's easily accessable both by walk and by public transport.

The place is quite central and about one kilometer from T2 when coming from airport. Small room with all necessities, but the A/C couldn't cool properly. For the friendly budget, it can be recommended with the intention of having a place to sleep. During my stay, they were laying new asphalt which created s lot of noise.

Great budget hotel situated right next to the train station. Great soundproofing from the station and from other rooms in the hotel. Beds very comfortable. Aircon ok but not fantastic. Lovely pool area. Around 30 minutes to walk to the promenade but the tram system is very quick and reliable and located about 4 minutes walk from the hotel.
