This is much older but updated hotel. It is a quite expansive hotel and so where our room was gave us peace and quiet. The air conditioner worked great and we were very pleased with our stay. The front desk person wasn't very happy to be there it seemed and didn't really explain the way the hotel was set up so we walked around for a bit trying to find our room.

Terrible vacation weekend

The smoke detector was hanging off the wall, the toilet stool was running you'll have to shake on the handle to stop it, there's no railing in the shower, the lighting is terrible, had to make one phone call and three trips to the front desk for more towels, the ice machine never had ice and the fire extinguisher was hanging off from the hallway, and the las thing the side doors do not locked.

Check in was fine. Went to the room and key didnt work, went back tonthe front desk and was taken back to the room to see if his key worked, which it didnt, the had to go back to the front desk, change rooms finally it worked. There was still trash in the room, bedding wasnt clean. Walls by the elevator have significant water damage.

Didn’t expect much but this hotel was very ran down. We booked hotel for the pool and even left early so the kids could swim before our event but when we got there the pool was empty. The rooms are really hard to find and front desk was not much help. We sat there for 10 min before front desk lady showed up to check us in.

This place should not be recommended to anyone.Overbooked and the rooms are falsely represented. Paid for a king suite and got a king mini room.Spelled horrible and room was ran down. Never again still I stay at the horrible place. Workers are rude ,unprefessional, and untrained. The checkout lady talked on the phone the entire time she checked me out. Gave me a bogus receipt and they charge deposits without informing you there will be one at all. Still waiting on my deposit now.
