Our stay was very good and our room was comfortable although a bit hot at night. We could not regulate the temperature which was unfortunate Front desk staff was friendly and very accomodating.

Close but no cigar
Front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly and eager to please guests. Hotel lobby was very nice. The room was very clean. It was however on the smallish size, the shower door leaked water from under the door and the microwave door didn't always close properly. Overall it was a pleasant stay but I will probably not stay at this property again. There are other hotels in the same area and price range that have larger rooms with more comfortable beds. They also have free breakfast which is a plus. The other hotels are also closer to Mohegan Sun Casino👍👍

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The lobby area is very welcoming and comfortable - more so than most hotels. I love the fact that they have recycling in rooms and lobby. Everything was clean and the shower was wonderful. Definitely will be back!

When we checked in we were given room 109. The second we walked in, we could small that there had to have ben a cat who peed in the room. Really awful. The person at the front desk apologized and gave us another room which was very nice and clean.

Room, mostly, all aspects, great. Important to myself, water pressure/shower, beyond wonderful! Two negatives…counter/vanity area around sink waaay too small and the breakfast counter, where one orders items and is served at table…ALWAYS a line and this appears due to the fact that only ONE person works the area, female, has an assistant but, clearly, this assistant only serves food, might be employed in kitchen making food but not in the front taking orders.

We were very pleased with the hotel and would stay there again. I see that many other recent reviews mention an odor; we did not experience that at all in our stay over the weekend. The staff was very pleasant and the place was spotless. The website says there's a bar, but I don't recall seeing alcohol at The Bistro as shown in the website pics. When we checked in at 9pm on Saturday, The Bistro was closed. We ate at The Bistro in the morning and had a great experience. The 2 staff members that assisted us there were Evelyn and Brie. They were absolutely wonderful! Great personalities and they provided wonderful customer service. Not to mention that the breakfast items we ordered was delicious! We did not make use of the pool or fitness room or visit Prime 82, so I cannot comment on those.

This hotel shows it has a hot tub. Instead it’s utilized as a giant flower pot! Would have never stayed here if we knew this! Hard to believe Marriott puts their name on this.
