Just not what you would expect
The room, location is okay. However, the decoration is full of Large Catholic paintings, Statues everywhere. It's like sleeping in a church. The wooden floors make a ton of noise, and you can hear everyones conversation.
Also, don't expect them to do much more for you. I had to return earlier as my wife was not doing well due to altitude sickness. I advised them 3 days before our checkout, the front desk said they will consult with management to see if they could reimburse at least one night. Checkout a day earlier, and there was no one at the front desk to checked us out. They sent me an email saying they could not reimburse not even one night as they needed 48 hour noticed.
We will not be returning there again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
Very sad as Cusco, and Peru in general are very loving people.
