You messed everything up on your end. The comfort inn wouldn’t let me stay even with showing confirmation. This is unacceptable and I am very disappointed in the customer service of Expedia. I would like Expedia to refund my money because I was not allowed to stay at the comfort inn where I was booked to stay.

Room was not as advertised. Was sold (via Expedia) a 2 queen bed suite, with photos showing a sofa, as well as the 2 queen beds. Instead, the room was very small, with only 2 queen beds. Informed the person at the desk that this was not what I had paid for- and that if they could not upgrade then I wanted to cancel. I was told that I could only cancel through Expedia, which I attempted to do, but could not reach anyone. Very unhappy!

The hotel was close from many places to shopping , wineries visiting, lunch and dinner. Unfortunately the hotel has no housekeeping service due to COVID restrictions, so you need to request to the reception , you need to change the towels, for instance.
