A pousada é muito agradável, com uma vista maravilhosa da Lagoa. O quarto é confortável e o café da manhã é excelente. Observei apenas os seguintes pontos negativos: falta uma limpeza geral nos azulejos do box; não consegui conectar a Internet nem acessar nenhum canal de tv.

O quarto estava sem papel higiênico, solicitei e foi entregue no local errado. Precisei solicitar pessoalmente. A piscina estava com peças faltando do acabamento e demorou a liberar pela manutenção diária, sendo liberada por volta das 10h e o horário era às 09:00. No café da manhã, os itens demoravam a ser repostos.
