L'appartamento è inserito all'interno di un complesso edilizio con ampio parcheggio. Il ns appartamento era al piano sottotetto, dotato di splendida terrazza con vista sull'Etna. Silenzioso e funzionale. Non ha cucina ma un punto ristoro (distributori automatici) nella zona d'ingresso comune con le altre camere della struttura ricettiva.
