Nice hotel in Kanazawa. Easy to access since it is right next door to the train station. Our room was big for Japan standards. We had two twin (slightly larger than twin) beds and a modular sofa that was transformed into a queen bed. Bathroom was great with a separate toilet room. Small kitchen given with all the features plus a small table with two chairs. It was like a perfect studio apartment. The only problem with this hotel is that it is not easy for tourists. Though you can easily get the bus loop to all the tourist sites, they are far away. However, the price was so reasonable it was worth it.

While everything about our stay was excellent, the one disappointing part was the breakfast buffet. Hyatt House was one of five hotels we stayed at on this trip. I think our expectations were high because the smaller, no name hotels had a larger offering of food. I would say the Hyatt House buffet was adequate but nothing special to rave over.

The best designed suits of any suite we ever stayed at. Ingeniously put together with style,storage and privacy. Besides the wet room bath, the toilet room with its own sink can be closed off from either the bedroom or living rooms very comfortable sofa bed. Kitchen has everything you need. Great location within 20 yards of the train station and all its restaurants and shopping, yet very quiet! Kanazawa. Bus service from station loops around the city in both directions so you can get close to any of the famous sites and things to do
