I was told that they didn't have my reservation. I showed the confirmation from Expedia and they provided me a room. I like the bed, but I wanted "hot" shower after a long drive.

Très éloigné du parc Akagera, il faut 1h de route, pas de grand confort pour les chambres, le personnel n'est pas très accueillant, on a le sentiment de les ennuyer, le sourire doit être en option, et le soir au moment du dinner ils sont pressés de vous voir partir dans votre chambre, on m'a demandé de prendre le café à emporter plutôt que de le consommer sur place.
