Nice hotel. Very large room. Great location and price. I needed a late check out and it was a smooth and easy process. Reception staff were a bit hit and miss mood and friendliness wise. Only major con: paper thin walls. The worst I’ve ever experienced. I sleep with ear plugs and even then it was at some points unbearable from the hallway noise and rooms next door.

Across the street from Port Authority. I loved the convenience of easy travel right in time square babk foods entertainment readily available close by. Dislikes: Elevator is beyond slow waited 37min and just took the stairs down No ice machine , no microwave in room's only on lobby ugh

The bed is good. The room is clean. Bath room is clean. Room size generally as expected in NY city where space is limited. Staff is friendly, even gave me good break down of 100 bill. Lower floor view is blocked by the Bus Station. My 2 beds room, the heater is next to the end of the bed next to the window (not sure the other room).
