The room was super dirty. It's supposed to be a non-smoking room. It stank of cigarettes and had cigarette burns everywhere. I've been here for more than five days, and yet, they haven't received my deposit. They've been holding it for many days.

Don’t book run away from this place!

Saw the room tried to get a new room due to uncleanliness stain on walls and curtains, toilet lower then the tub. This place should be closed! Mirror broken in bathroom, filthy shower I have seen cash stations cleaner than the bathroom. Left in 5 mins of stay and front staff said couldn’t check me out as she just checked me in and I need to contact hotel.com

There were no towels in my room, and they could not provide any until noon the next day. However, the hooker fight was entertaining. I dried off with the bedsheet and got the hell out of there

Never again...

Took me a little bit to find the room. When the front desk woman took my info and I signed my forms, she kept saying goodbye. I looked up and she just said goodbye again. Didn't tell me where my room was or how to find it. I stayed there looking at the map while she walked away but I guess her text message was more important. When she noticed I was trying to find the building the room was located in, she suddenly gained interest in helping me. Room reeked of cigarette smoke when I entered it after driving around looking for it. Bunch of drug addicts hanging around so I made sure to park under a lamp post. The room was basic and all I heard was my neighbors arguing. I just laid down and went to bed. Woke up the next morning and heard more arguing. Checkout was better. Attention young lady.

Not for a family of any kind. Pickup trucks park outside my room selling drugs. 4 nights no service. Had to go to front desk to get toilet paper. Never did see any hotel staff after checking in-probably in hiding. Picture of the bathtub-you get the idea
