The first time everything was Plu-Perfect. The second time staff slipped up a bit. I asked to use the sauna at 4PM, which meant they had to warm it up. I arrived at 4 and it was cold. Staff apologized and made up for it by volunteering to give me a bottle of champagne. Nice touch. I couldn't finish it in one sitting, so I asked if they would put a cork in the bottle and begin to chill it for the next afternoon, at 3P]M. The lady at the desk the next morning apologized for not having the sauna ready the day before, and said she had the note for the staff to put ice in the ice bucket at 3PM. At 4 PM I arrived back at my room and there was no ice in the bucket, so I had to ask staff to bring ice. Staff was very good on the morning I left for my flight, when I had to leave the hotel at 5AM. Staff brought a carafe of coffee and breakfast in a bag.
Phone was ODD and nonfunctional. Button next to Reception did NOT work. I asked staff to come in and look at it. Staff could not explain why "Reception" was there, as one should punch #4. But that didn't work, either. Desk staff were just down the hall from me so I went on foot with inquries.
