Excellent service!!!
Me and my friend stayed 11 days. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Ikram is a kind and caring gentleman. They made sure our stay is comfortable and were happy at all times. Breakfast was good served with refreshing turkish tea. Thank you Green Palmiye Hotel!

I had an awesome experience! The Turkish breakfast was always complete and delicious. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Short walking distance to the Metrobus station and hotel located in a safe district. Highly recommend for families visiting Istanbul! Shout out to Tolga,Ekrem and other staff for their exceptional hospitality, service and attention!

I would like to thank the hotel staff for their high degree of professionalism, and the proactive stances they have always taken towards any queries I've raised with them. As well I will like to thank them for the wonderful hospitality with which they have welcomed me and made me feel even more comfortable, relaxed with regards to my staying to their hotel, knowing I can rely on them at any time. They truly have gone above and beyond to make sure I'm having the most pleasant, comfortable staying in. The property is next to the main road which makes a somewhat noisy but it’s also very convenient for using public transportation or for dining options. It’s within walking distance to the Avcilar center for shopping and entertainment. It’s not too far from the lake and the Sea of Marmara. The staff is truly amazing and they do their best to help anyway they can. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the bathroom and I raised my concerns with the staff. Frankly for the price, I can’t say I could expect too much. Breakfast was adequate and simple.

There is no laundry facilities on site. Rooms are much smaller than they say. The breakfast consists of cheese, bread, a hard boiled egg and cold french fries. There is no fruit offered like shown in photos. You can hear the pther patrons in their rooms as well as the continuous trafgic and honking of horns The staff are very accommodating. The staff go above and beyond to help.

Major electric and internet problems. A lot of noise all day because they were doing construction in the hotel. Power outages would occur continuously for the whole 5 days I stayed there.
