The inviting ground floor leads directly out to the sunny poolside and terrace, for an effortless summertime flow. Next to the dynamic open plan living and dining space, a well-equipped kitchen leads out to the alfresco dining terrace, for carefree poolside dining. A lake view double king-size bedroom overlooks the poolside and offers easy access outside, as well as to an adjoining family shower room. Downstairs, the lower ground floor is equally inviting, comprising of a 2nd living room with double sofa bed and 2 further double king-size lake view bedrooms (1 with luxury en-suite) and a family shower room. The gorgeous panoramic lake view setting of the villa will tempt guests to kick back and relax, with a BBQ accompanying the dining terrace and a set of sun loungers complementing the private outdoor pool. Please note that access to the villa is via a narrow uphill 200-metre road (suitable only for small-medium cars), before taking a steep downhill road to the villa’s gated entrance, where on-site parking is provided (larger cars can be parked at a free car park by the church, the driver though will then need to reach the villa on foot).
