Great Location
We've stayed at the Club Quarters a few blocks down from this location several times and love it. We were eager to stay here closer to the Christmas attractions. The staff were amazing (truly sets this set of hotel chain apart) and room was clean. They brought extra blankets when requested outside of formal cleaning. Only drawback was windows were frosted. As someone with claustrophobia, I didn't expect to not be able to see outside. Had I known this, I likely would have chosen to stay at the other Club Quarters. This is personal preference but while I wasn't expecting a great view given the location being mid block, the inability to see outside at all (even to look at another building) was difficult. However, great location and can't say enough wonderful things about the staff. If you don't mind frosted windows, highly recommend for location, cleanliness and friendly staff.

Great find in Midtown
Wonderful find. Conveniently located for all midtown sightseeing. It’s safe and quiet. The staff Joanne, Raquel and anyone else we spoke with were friendly and helpful. It’s a typical small and serviceable NYC hotel—cozy and with everything you need. One elevator was out of service so we often took the stairs instead which made it a bummer to be on a higher floor, but otherwise everything was great.

Meets the requirements and good location.
The location of this hotel is great. The staff was attentive and very friendly, but it took numerous requests to make a simple fix to get our TV working. I recommended that the engineer show all staff members how to do it. The hotel is dated and rooms are sparse. New carpeting and repairing chipped paint would help. The bathrooms are extremely small. That said, the bed and pillows are comfortable, water is hot and we did not hear street noise. There is a small desk in the king room we booked, so it is possible to work on a laptop. Overall, our experience was good - and if you aren’t looking for bells and whistles, I would recommend the hotel.
