No microwave, barely cookware for anything, no information on water, room was not clean upon arrival, no soap to wash dishes, etc. Pool lacked being clean and bikes were shared with employees vs the guests. We give this hotel a 10 out of 10. We were the only guests in the whole hotel. So the 5 of us felt spoiled. We had a meal especially cooked for us. We felt safe and it was super clean. We would highly recommend staying here if your taking the bus from Cancun and need to stay at a place for the night and fly from Corozal to San Pedro the next day. The Mexican border is only 15 minutes away and 40 minutes from Chetumal.
