Great staff, friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and it was nice to actually have glassware for beverages. Fairly disappointed the hot tub was not open.

Tryed a different motel in Jasper
The rooms at the Chateau Jasper are a decent size, and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms are modern looking and clean, we did find a large plastic wrapper on the floor. The hottub was warm the first night but the jets didn't work, second night nothing was working and the pool was very cold. It was sill an alright place to stay, just nothing special.

Jasper 2024
The staff at Chateau Jasper were friendly and informative. The rooms and facilities were clean. We enjoyed our stay at the Chateau Jasper. During our last evening at the hotel, we were evacuated due to the wildfires in the area. Although it was a stressful event, the staff at the hotel was extremely professional and kept everyone calm despite the situation. We are thankful for their service.

4/10 Fair

A/C was not functioning and the room was very hot. The room had accommodation for two couples, meaning four people and I had booked for the four of us, two couples. However, they did not supply 4 sets of towels, hand and face towels. Some was one and two and three. Nothing was for four. This is totally uncalled for. It took a while for them to provide towels. Jasper can be hot in summers and it was. We had poor sleep because of it. The room was not cheap. We paid top dollars but got very poor service.

Nice, place away from the busy section of town.
This was a nice place to stay. There is a restaurant there, abet service was slow, and several restaurants with hotels nearby. About 15-20 minute walk downtown. The price was right, parking free, and we enjoyed the views. Staff very friendly. Would recommend.

4/10 Fair

The hotel definitely needs some updates in main areas, elevator and hallways. We went to use the pool in the morning but was told it would t open until 8:30, when it should have been open at 8:00. Then we decided to go for breakfast after a shower and were turned away because they were short staffed. The restaurant wasn’t even half full and they had a buffet going. We were told we could go to the Lobstick for breakfast. We walked next door but there was no restaurant just a little breakfast bar with muffins, etc, so we came back and put our name down. Wish we didn’t. The eggs had this very odd after taste. I did t bother complaining at this point. Heard a lot of other guest complaining about the service and being turned away. Front desk staff did or said nothing. Didn’t even ask how my stay was. I come to Jasper very frequently, But I will never stay at this place again
