Great location, we paid extra to upgrade to get a higher and bigger room that is free from smoking smell and external view. Very clean and friendly staff. Only downside was that the room was very hot and there was no aircond available, which makes it very uncomfortable to sleep. A fan was only made available to us on the last day of our 4 nights stay.

Overall our experience was great and the service was amazing. The lady who checked us in was very polite and helpful and the staff themselves were wonderful. The location really can't be beat as it's right in the heart of Beijing which is so close to everything. The deluxe room was generally comfortable with good amenities, although a bit hot with no way to cool it down as the air con had been turned off and there was no window that could be opened. The only advice I would give is it might be time for the hotel itself to have some updates. Between our family we booked two rooms and the deluxe rooms are starting to look dated. The old wallpaper is starting to show stains/signs of wear, and our bathroom had clearly been repaired a few times around the tub/shower but the repairs were noticable. This hotel could easily be 5 stars across the board if a bit of money was spent refreshing the rooms, but again this did not affect our experience and we had a great time.

Nice hotel, great location

Location is very well located ie. less than 10mins walk to Wangfujing Main Street and the Dengshikou (Line 5) train station. The room overall condition is good too.

Was a great location. Good price. Rooms need some updating. Concierge desk was great!
