Birthday trip for our teen to HHN, Check in was smooth- friendly & knowledgeable associates, parking is super tight, but adequate ($20 parking fee) Pool and spa were clean, very relaxing area, room was very clean, everything in good working order, beds are firm and comfortable, great blackout window shade (1 large shade covered whole window) I loved the supplied shampoo/conditioner/ body wash brand which smelled very nice. Many video security cameras, so we felt safe. My only "complaints"- shower head is very high up & not detachable, so very low water pressure, and we got a room at the front of the building and very close to the street which is very busy and traffic was loud ( that's not BW fault) So I would recommend you request a room toward the pool area farther in. Also, since street is so busy it is difficult getting in & out of the parking area. No complimentary breakfast provided as has been our experience with BW, but many restaurants nearby. Overall 8/10 & would definitely stay again.
