A hotel with all the plus marks in excellant ticks
Our first holiday in three years of lock down, to be met by two wonderful people, as they ran their hotel where guests were family, as such could not do more to ensure we had a excellent 7 days, from our room, freedom within the hotel, limited to keep everone safe, with face masks always being worn, by us all customers and staff! Food wonderful, with more than sufficient on our plates, Staff and owners always pleasant at all times with nothing being too much trouble for them, we were sorry we had not booked for two books!

Dirty hotel throughout in desperate need of renovating. Shower removed from room, blocked toilet, awful food and run by scruffy proprietors.

Basic 3 stars
Staff were great and the hotel is in the lovely quiet village of St Florence. The hotel itself needs a bit of tlc, but it was comfortable enough. Great care was taken over covid hygiene. Food was just OK, so we had cereals and toast on our second morning, with delicious orange juice.

Nice stay
The room was a bit dated, but everything was clean and they seemed to observe strict coronavirus precautions, which we appreciated, including with the option to order breakfast to your room. One problem was that we had poor cellphone service and were unable to find the WiFi network to connect, but we didn't follow-up with anyone at the hotel about it, so there could have been a solution we were unaware of. Overall it was a nice stay.

Comfortable and basic
The host were lovely and welcoming. This is a great place to stay if you are working nearby. It is rather stark and bare and lacking character and so not a place for a luxury or romantic weekend. If you want basic, comfortable accommodation with parking, then this is for you.

Very quiet location but ideal for travel into Tenby, about 4 miles and Manor Park Wildlife Centre just around the corner. Very friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Very comfortable bed and lovely breakfast.
