In general, i was satisfied for their service specially for the lounge. One thing though, they asked to see my visa when I checked in but this hotel was the first one to ask to show the visa through my over 20 times of my stays in Vietnam since 2017. Saigon with friends…
Good hotel, walkable to the Central Area and attractions. Comfortable room and beds with glass bottled water. Roof pool and adequate gym. Staff were friendly and helpful with all that we needed including restaurant recommendations and booking trips. Slightly annoying that having paid in full for our room and providing a credit card for our incidentals we receive a letter in the room demanding that we come to reception to clear the bill on day two. After we explained we should be able to pay the rest on departure, this didn’t happen again. We would stay again.

Stayed regularly at this hotel but this stay was the worst. Specifically asked for hypoallergenic washing powder to be used in my bedding, it wasn’t so I came down with a rash all over my face and body from the first night. Ordered food 3 times and it was either cooked wrong or cold. Then to add insult to injury I lost a very expensive watch in the hotel. Although some of the managers tried to help my watch wasn’t recovered and I am 1000% confident it was taken by someone in the hotel
