A premier hotel perfectly located in Stadtmitte in Berlin. This hotel goes a long way on service and comfort. The front desk staff is first rate and the rooms are very modern and very comfortable. The proximity to the U6 subway is a true bonus.

Manglende værelse men super service

Vi havde et problem ved check ind hvor en systemfejl har gjort, at vores værelse ikke var tilgængeligt. Hotellets personale gjorde dog en kanon indsats for at finde en løsning for os alligevel, og vi endte med et værelse der passede til os. Udover den forsvundne reservation var alt 5/5!
