Incredible staff, giving you a warm welcome to the hotel and making sure you are always ok during your stay. Only complaint was my bathroom smelled like sewage and couldn’t be fixed. I recommend to get the menu dinner for the best price/quality in the city. Overall I had a great stay

The most amazing and friendly staff. Felt like home away from home. Rooms were very clean, breakfast and restaurant food was absolutely delicious. So close to all the main attractions with beautiful views and old charm of Bosnian culture. Would absolutely always stay at this place every time we come to Mostar. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The location is excellent, right near the center of the old town. The service was better than most of the five-star hotels I've stayed in, many people always offering to give assistance and advice. The bed was not very comfortable. It seems like they were too single Mattresses pushed together since they had kind of a hard part right in the middle. The heating was a little strange. If you close the curtains it covers the heater and so the heater will only heat what is between the curtain and the window. The shower was open to the room so the water splashes out into the bathroom. Overall it is a four star hotel with better than five star staff.
