Family stay for long weekend. Been many times over the years. Location is super. Having stayed at many competitor hotels such as Cromlix & Cameron House Hotel the attention to detail and service quality is not as good at Fairmont. Dining experiences are also not as good.

Really stunning surroundings. Rooms and some public areas are very tired. Staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. Poor food choices and extortionate prices. A pint of Moretti £8.50!!
