Thrown smelled of cigarettes and the reception charged me double the amount that was required to be charged and I am unable to receive my refund until after 3-5 business days

Terrible service
The place was horrible. Was not clean. Had socks and cigarette butts on the balcony. Found other people’s soap in the bathroom. Someone kept calling my room all night but it wasn’t the front desk. I went to the front desk to complain and the concierge just looked at me. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s rated 4 stars but is more like a 1 star hotel

Worth it.
Clean, comfortable and pleasant. Room was showing some signs of wear, but was by no means an issue. Did have a set of loud guests next door, but calmed down at a reasonable time and was not the fault of the establishment. Overall worth it.

Great for the price!
Small hotel but it was for a quick get away with my boyfriend. We only stayed one night. There was alcohol and snacks in our room available. (For an extra charge of course) The bathroom was a nice chocolate marble color and huge tub. The views however were horrendous lol. We were literally looking at another building the whole time. But besides that, we enjoyed our stay.

City Club is the tiny gem near Broadway
Great location close to Times Square, next to the classic Algonquin Hotel the bartender at db restaurant in the hotel makes a mean cocktail for Happy Hour and all the hotel from the maid to the doorman and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The two performances we attended were 5 minutes walk from our door. A gem of a find right in the heart of the action.
