Plesant stay at the Fern

Had a wonderful stay at the Fern earlier this week. The hotel is about 7km from the Sardar Status and right opposite the train station. It's a well maintained property with swimming pool, gym and steam rooms. Beds were very comfortable and cozy, had a good night sleep. There is ample of space for parking and the front desk received us very well. Breakfast was the best part, there were plenty of options from cereals, wide variety of fruit to south Indian specials Idle and dosas. Overall had a plesant stay at the Fern, we will defintely return to this property in future.

We paid high price so were looking for room with better view, but it was disappointing that we did not get room with good view. Overall it was good. All interactions with the staff was satisfactory without any rudeness. Food was good but a bit slow service. Cleanliness was maintained. All requests were responded. There are some issues with plumbing system and needs complete make over.
