This is the second time I have stayed here, I stayed before a few months ago and when I checked-in Katarin recognised me from before. This was especially surprising as I understand they go through lots of guests through the year. Katarin was really helpful, warm, kind and courteous throughout my stay. No guest hotel access to private area. Could not use pools overcrowded. Food is average. Guest rooms overpriced for limited amenities. Will not return.
